We have a lean, high-output creative team. You'll work directly with our Creative Performance Lead who provides strategy, raw footage, and clear briefs. No chasing people. No unclear direction. Just focused, well-organised creative production.
The Role
We don't need cinematic wedding videos or CapCut templates.
We need a Direct-Response editor who understands that the first 3 seconds determine everything — someone who obsesses over pacing, hooks, and retention the same way a media buyer obsesses over ROAS.
What You'll Edit Every Week
-Meta ad hook variations (2 ad sets): 12–16 short form edits
- YouTube Shorts (repurposed fro
- YouTube long form: 1 video occasionally
Mostly short form UGC under 60 seconds. Fast, iterative, brand-consistent.
You're The Right Person If You:
- Understand Direct-Response — you know the first 3 seconds determine the sale
- Work in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut — we need project files, not mobile exports
-Do clean premium motion graphics — no generic templates
- Are obsessed with pacing — you know exactly when to cut to keep viewers watching
- Understand caption style, sound design, and scroll-stopping hooks
- Can take a brief and execute without hand-holding
- Want stable long-term work with a premium brand, not one-off gigs
What You Won't Do
-Use CapCut templates or generic transitions
-Wait for detailed instructions on every edit
-Disappear after submitting — revisions and iterations are part of this role
