We are now hiring a Marketing Coordinator (Operations & Growth Specialist) to help execute and scale our growth strategy.
This is not a basic social media VA role.
This is a growth and operations hybrid role inside a scaling marketplace.
Role Overview
You will work directly with the Founder and sit at the intersection of:
• Partnerships
• Marketplace supply growth
• Booking conversion
• Social & content coordination
• Systems & process building
Your role is to help turn growth into a structured, repeatable system.
Core Responsibilities
1. Partnership & Distribution Growth (Primary Focus)
We grow primarily through partnerships — not ads.
You will:
- Research and build curated partner databases (weddings, luxury brands, tourism, media)
- Conduct warm, relationship-based outreach
- Manage follow-ups and nurture relationships
- Help structure referral and partner programs
- Track partnership-generated bookings
- Support B2B growth initiatives
Industries include:
- Wedding planners & venues
- Experiential & PR agencies
- Tourism operators & luxury hotels
- Automotive & lifestyle media
- Corporate & B2B partners
2. Marketplace Growth & Onboarding Support
- Follow up partially onboarded providers
- Guide providers through documentation and compliance
- Assist with listing activation
- Maintain strong partner relationships
- Improve supply-side responsiveness
3. Booking Conversion & Customer Operations
- Follow up approved but unpaid bookings
- Manage inbound enquiries
- Improve conversion through proactive communication
- Support premium experience-based offerings
- Capture customer feedback to refine positioning
4. Content & Social Coordination
Social media is used as evidence and social proof — not just presence.
You will:
- Collect user-generated content from providers
- Repurpose footage into short-form content
- Use Canva templates to maintain brand consistency
- Publish across Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
- Support blog creation for SEO
- Turn bookings into ongoing content assets
5. Systems & Process Development
Growth must be structured.
You will:
- Document workflows and outreach systems
- Build SOPs to support scale
- Track KPIs (partners onboarded, bookings generated, conversion rates)
- Identify automation opportunities
- Help reduce founder involvement in day-to-day operations
Required Skills & Experience
You must have:
- 3+ years experience in marketing, operations or growth
- Experience working with AU clients a real bonus
- Strong written and spoken English
- Confidence with outreach and follow-up communication
- CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
- Canva proficiency
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
