JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based digital marketing agency (eFreedom) looking for a detail-oriented VA to be our quality control and communications lead.
We have a fulfillment team in India that handles all production work — ad creatives, websites, social media, email campaigns, reporting. Your job is to make sure everything they produce is perfect before our clients ever see it.
What you'll do every day:

in short you will be responsible of checking that the team in India is doing what they are supposed to and are following an easy company policy, that fulfillment is right, just by checking not even breaking a sweat. as well as being able to bridge the time gap from India delivery and services team to our American customers by communicating back and forth as the middleman.

Review all marketing deliverables from our India team (ad creatives, social posts, website updates, email campaigns, monthly reports) and catch mistakes before they go to clients
Manage our project board and keep tasks organized between our US and India teams
Be the communication bridge. route messages, log updates, keep everything documented
Handle basic client support messages and questions, (small amount of clients at the ---------- nt so no worry.)
Document client results into case studies and collect testimonials (really easy, just ask with an email, and follow up)
Flag problems to the CEO before clients notice them

Pay: $800/month for the first month and then after that it will go up exponentially as you prove yourself, full-time, with room to grow as the company scales.

What we need from you:

1.5+ years experience working with a digital marketing agency OR managing client accounts
Strong written and spoken English
Familiar with SEO, Facebook/Meta Ads, social media management (you don't need to DO these things, you need to know enough to EVALUATE the quality)
Organized and detail-oriented — you catch the small stuff others miss
Available to overlap with US Pacific time at least 4-5 hours daily
Own computer and reliable internet connection
Have a strong character towards lazy employees that aren't doing what you tell them to do.

Big plus if you have:
Good at telling someone that the website they just did is ugly and they need to redo it to your liking.
GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
Meta Ads Manager familiarity
Familiarity or Experience working with offshore/Indian fulfillment teams

This is a ground-floor opportunity. We're growing fast and this role will expand as we add clients. Prove yourself and you'll be managing other VAs within 6 months.
