JOB OVERVIEW

We need one person to run our entire content operation using AI tools. This is not a "post 3 times a week" job. This is 50-100+ content pieces per week across 10+ websites and 7 social platforms, powered by ChatGPT /Claude / Gemini.
What you'll do:
— Use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to generate content, then edit and schedule it
— Manage 10+ WordPress sites - Landing Pages (setup from scratch on Hostinger, publish posts, SEO)
— Run LinkedIn outreach for the CEO (posts, connection requests, engagement)
— Design graphics and lead magnets in Canva
— Track leads and report weekly
What's already built (you're plugging into a running system):
— CRM with automated pipelines and email sequences (built by our CRM architect)
— A nationwide compliance campaign targeting 17 US states (content is the missing piece)
— 90-day content calendar with 30 topics ready for you to produce
Your first deliverable (this week):
— Design a " Penalty Map" PDF in Canva (we give you all the data)
— Draft 7 email templates and 5 LinkedIn posts for the live campaign
— Begin setting up WordPress on our parked domains
You must have:
— 6+ months using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to create real content for clients
— WordPress experience (full setup, not just posting)
— Basic SEO knowledge
— Canva skills
— Clean, professional English
— 2 hours daily overlap with US Eastern Time
Nice to have:
— GoHighLevel / CRM experience
— Insurance or healthcare marketing background
— Facebook/Google Ads basics
Terms:
— $8/hour, bi-weekly via PayPal / Wise
— 25 hours/week, flexible schedule. At the beginning 2 weeks for 40 hours minimum.
— Raises every 90 days: $8 ? $9 ? $10 ? $11
— $150/month bonus for hitting 50+ leads
— Long-term role (12+ months)
