Podcast & Media Producer (Full-Time)
We’re hiring a full-time Podcast Producer to help manage the day-to-day running of multiple podcast shows across our business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident managing content workflows from planning through to publishing. You’ll play a key role in keeping episodes, guests, assets, communication, and release schedules moving smoothly across several shows.
You’ll be supporting the production and publishing of:
- Liam Donnelly Live Show
- Outlier Podcast
- TriVelo Podcast

About the role
You’ll work closely with the founder and team to support the execution of our podcast content across multiple brands.
This role includes coordinating guests, managing podcast-related communication, helping oversee episode flow, supporting editors, checking content quality, managing uploads, assisting with clipping and posting, and making sure all moving parts are organised and on track.
The right person for this role will be reliable, fast, clear in their communication, and able to take ownership of recurring workflows without needing constant direction.
Key responsibilities
Podcast production and coordination:
Manage the day-to-day workflow across multiple podcast shows
Coordinate production timelines, schedules, and deliverables
Organise guests and assist with guest communication and follow-up
Manage podcast-related inbox communication and logistics
Help ensure each episode moves smoothly through the production pipeline
Content operations and publishing:
Oversee episodes from recording through to final upload and publication
Manage publishing across relevant platforms
Prepare and review titles, descriptions, captions, and supporting assets
Support clipping and posting workflows for podcast content
Maintain publishing consistency and help keep deadlines on track
Quality assurance:
Review episodes, clips, and assets before they go live
Check for errors, missed details, inconsistencies, and low-quality output
Ensure content is polished, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
Provide a strong second layer of quality control across the content process
Team support and workflow management:
Work closely with editors and tea
Keep tasks, communication, and content workflows organised
Identify issues early and help solve them proactively
Use AI tools and systems to improve speed and efficiency while maintaining quality

Non negotiables:
This is a full-time role
You must be available to work full-time hours
This role requires full professional commitment, and we are only considering candidates that will not work freelance and will work full time
You must be able to work with at least 80% overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time
For candidates in Asia, this will usually require early morning starts
You must provide your own computer, laptop, and equipment
You must be ready to start immediately

Example B: a podcast clip/episode where the audio appears mostly fine at first, but on closer review contains a small mismatch, inconsistency, dubbing issue, sync issue, cut issue, or something that suggests the wrong audio may have been used or the edit is imperfect
For each example, include:
- the link
- the timestamp(s)
- a short explanation of what you noticed
- why it would matter in a final quality-control check before publishing
5. Please upload proof of your work/home internet speed (wherever you work from), as well as your computer size or setup.
