What You'll Do:
1. Focus on guest communication and coordination across multiple booking platforms.
2. Manage technical issues, facilitate review removals, and provide general support for property listings.
3. Log and manage daily issues and tasks efficiently within our task management system.
4. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes and elevate guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:

+ Teachable and eager to follow established workflows and procedures.
+ Competence and confidence in completing tasks independently.
+ A genuine passion for guest service and a commitment to creating positive experiences.
Requirements:
* Excellent written & verbal English.
* Access to a physical computer (not mobile-only).
* A reliable backup plan for power or internet interruptions (e.g., secondary connection or device).
* Experience with Airbnb,
Tools You'll Use:
- Guesty, Breezeway, Airbnb, VRBO,
- Gqueues and our internal Issue Log for task management and communication. (Easy Learn)
- Hubstaff for time tracking and accountability.
(The goal of Hubstaff is not to micromanage, but as a tool to foster trust and transparency. It helps us recognize hard work, and strengthen team accountability, allowing us to reward consistent effort.)
AI Policy: AI tools are encouraged to assist with writing, organization, or research tasks. However, we prefer that it NOT be used for direct communication with guests or internal tea
