JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US
We are a Chicago-based real estate investment company focused on acquiring small and mid-size multifamily properties. We use data, systems, and targeted outreach to find off-market opportunities.

We are looking for a hungry, organized, and persistent Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to manage our seller pipeline and qualify leads.

This is a SALES ROLE, not an admin role. Your job is to talk to property owners, uncover motivation, and move deals forward.

IMPORTANT: NO AGENCIES. We want a direct hire who will work exclusively with our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (THE DAY-TO-DAY)
Your job is simple: find motivated sellers and move them toward a deal. Expect to make 80 to 120 calls per day when working through the pipeline. You will spend most of your day on:

LEAD QUALIFICATION

Calling inbound leads from our answering service.

Conducting initial seller intake.

Determining motivation and timeline.

Booking calls or appointments for our acquisitions team.

PIPELINE MANAGEMENT

Managing leads inside our CRM (Podio).

Keeping notes and updating lead stages.

Ensuring NO lead falls through the cracks.

OUTBOUND FOLLOW-UP

Calling and texting warm and cold leads.

Following up persistently with sellers over weeks or months.

Building rapport and uncovering the real reason they might sell.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

US CENTRAL TIME HOURS: You must work full-time during US Central Time business hours (Chicago time).

STRONG PHONE COMMUNICATION: You will be speaking directly with US property owners. Your spoken English must be clear, confident, and professional.

SALES MINDSET: You are comfortable hearing "no." You know how to ask questions, build rapport, and move a conversation forward.

PERSISTENCE: Many sellers do not d ---------- immediately. Following up professionally and consistently is a core part of this role.

RELIABLE WORK SETUP: High-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and backup internet/power if possible.

COMPENSATION

Base Pay: $1,000 / month

Deal Bonus: $250 per acquisition

Tier Bonuses: 2 deals/month = $350 per deal | 3+ deals/month = $450 per deal

Referral Listing Bonus: $100 per listing

Revived Lead Bonus: +$100 if the lead was 60+ days old

FINAL NOTE
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, likes solving problems, is motivated by performance bonuses, and wants to grow in the real estate investment business. We are a small, fast-moving team and the right ISA will play a key role in our acquisitions pipeline.
