JOB OVERVIEW

We manage short-term rental properties (Airbnb / VRBO) in the United States. We are looking for a smart and analytical Virtual Assistant from the Philippines who can help manage our pricing strategy using Wheelhouse software.

Your goal is to help increase revenue by adjusting nightly prices based on data, demand, and market trends.

This is a part-time position (5 hours per week).

This role is best for someone who is excellent with numbers, math, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Pricing in Wheelhouse

You will log into Wheelhouse and:

• Review nightly prices for each property
• Adjust minimum and maximum prices
• Adjust weekend vs weekday pricing
• Adjust prices for high-demand events

Market Analysis

• Review competitor pricing
• Monitor booking demand in the market
• Identify dates that are underpriced
• Identify dates that should be priced higher

Revenue Optimization

Your goal is to help us:

• Increase nightly rates when demand is high
• Fill empty nights when demand is low
• Improve total revenue across all properties

Weekly Reporting

Each week you will provide a short report including:

• Pricing changes made
• Demand trends you noticed
• Opportunities to increase revenue

Required Skills

You must have strong analytical ability.

Preferred education:

• Finance
• Economics
• Mathematics
• Statistics
• Data Analytics
• Business Analytics

Required Experience

You must have experience with short-term rental pricing tools, such as:

• Wheelhouse
• PriceLabs
• Beyond Pricing

Experience managing pricing for Airbnb listings is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

You should be comfortable with:

• Excel or Google Sheets
• Data analysis
• Working with dashboards
• Reading pricing and occupancy trends

Important Personal Traits

We are looking for someone who is:

• Very strong in math and numbers
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with data
• Curious about improving revenue
• Reliable and organized

Work Hours

Approximately 5 hours per week.

Flexible schedule.

Compensation

Pay will depend on experience.

Expected range: $4 to $8 per hour.
