Compensation: $1200 - $2200 per month
Role Summary
Own people, compliance, growth, and outcomes across Intake, Operations, and Hours Reporting. Drive census growth, audit-readiness, and healthy finances while upholding SLB’s culture.
Key Responsibilities
People & Culture
Lead, coach, and performance-manage AOL, CHRP, GPCI, and Operations Associate(s).
Hire/Fire authority for RNs and LPNs (recruit ? credential approval ? offer ? onboarding ? performance ? separation).
Run weekly 1:1s, role scorecards, training/cross-training; uphold company values.
Compliance Management
Enforce QA gates: Cleared to Work before scheduling; QA-passed documents before hours reporting.
Oversee renewal calendar (30/60/90), monthly mini-audits (client & staff files), and corrective actions.
Approve packet completeness criteria for DMA-6/80, POT/DVN, RN documentation.
Customer & Partner Relationships
Resolve family escalations (>48h) and execute retention “saves.”
Maintain key hospital/physician/referral relationships; support GPCI scripts and playbooks.
Leads, Intake & Growth Oversight
Ensure speed-to-lead, RN assessment show rate, and clean handoff to Operations.
Review weekly pipeline with GPCI; tune targeting and messaging.
Day-to-Day Operations
Run the operating cadence (daily stand-up; reporting window; renewal sweep; mini-audit).
Approve scheduling standards, PRN/OT use, and go-live decisions with AOL.
Financials & KPIs
Own weekly hours forecast; approve staffing plans; ensure timely hours reporting and accurate payroll with CHRP.
Maintain a single KPI dashboard; assign and track corrective actions.
KPIs the GM Owns/Reviews Weekly
Fill rate ? 95% of authorized hours
Timesheet signatures ? 98% by cutoff
Reporting timeliness ? 3 business days; Acceptance ? 99%
Renewals 100% submitted ? 21 days before expiry
Speed-to-lead ? 10 minutes; RN assessment show rate ? 90%
Audit readiness ? 95% (mini-audits); EVV exceptions aged >48h = 0
Financial guardrails: accepted hours vs. target; payroll % within plan
Required Qualifications
Proven team leadership (hiring/firing, coaching, performance management)
Strong relationship skills (families, physicians, referral partners); excellent English (spoken/written)
Data-driven operator: builds/reads dashboards; turns KPIs into actions
