JOB OVERVIEW

Website Designer, Developer & SEO Specialist

(GoHighLevel, Google SEO & Social Media)

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled digital specialist to design, build, and optimize our websites while improving our Google search rankings and online presence.

Our company operates multiple brands in construction, professional services, and marketing. We use GoHighLevel to manage our websites, funnels, CRM, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within this platform while also bringing strong design and SEO expertise.

This role combines website design, development, SEO optimization, and digital growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, professional websites that convert visitors into leads
• Build and manage websites and landing pages inside GoHighLevel
• Improve existing websites through design upgrades and SEO optimization
• Implement technical SEO best practices to improve Google rankings
• Add structured data / schema (JSON-LD) to improve search visibility
• Optimize page speed and technical performance
• Support local SEO and Google Business profile visibility
• Integrate websites with CRM systems, forms, funnels, and automations
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and analytics
• Support social media integration and visibility

Requirements

• Strong experience with website design and layout
• Experience building websites using GoHighLevel, WordPress, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of SEO and Google search ranking factors
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of structured data / schema markup
• Ability to design clean, modern, professional websites

Bonus Skills

• Experience building funnels and lead generation systems
• Local SEO optimization experience
• Graphic design and branding skills
• Paid advertising experience (Google or social media ads)
• Conversion rate optimization
