JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopify Web Designer and Growth Specialist who can build and optimize a high-converting e-commerce experience while also driving organic traffic and social media growth.

This is not just a design role. We are looking for someone who understands conversion-focused web design, SEO strategy, GEO optimization, and social media traffic generation.

We want you to design, optimize, and grow an e-commerce ecosystem that consistently attracts and converts customers.

Key Responsibilities
Shopify Website Design & Optimization

Design and maintain a modern, high-converting Shopify storefront

Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and UX/UI

Optimize product pages, collections, and navigation for conversions

Implement landing pages for campaigns and promotions

SEO & GEO Optimization

Conduct keyword research and SEO audits

Optimize site structure, metadata, and product pages for search visibility

Implement local and geographic SEO strategies (GEO targeting)

Improve Google indexing and organic rankings

Social Media Growth & Traffic

Develop strategies to increase traffic from social media platforms

Optimize content and landing pages to convert social traffic into sales

Collaborate on content strategy and audience growth

Conversion Optimization

Analyze website behavior and improve conversion rates

Optimize funnels from traffic to purchase

Implement A/B testing and performance tracking

Required Skills

Shopify Development & Design

Strong experience with Shopify themes and customization

Understanding of UX/UI best practices for e-commerce

Ability to create visually compelling, conversion-focused layouts

SEO Expertise

Experience with on-page and technical SEO

Knowledge of keyword research tools

Understanding of search engine ranking factors

GEO Optimization

Experience implementing geographic targeting strategies

Knowledge of local SEO optimization techniques

Social Media Traffic Generation

Experience growing traffic from platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Understanding of social traffic conversion funnels

Preferred Experience

Candidates with the following experience will stand out:

Shopify design for fashion or lifestyle brands

Experience scaling direct-to-consumer brands

Experience integrating analytics and tracking tools

Performance Expectations

Within the first 90 days, you will:

Improve the overall Shopify site design and user experience

Implement SEO and GEO improvements

Increase organic traffic and social traffic flow

Help improve website conversion performance

AI Image generation for products.
