YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIRED)
- You have prior experience working in a US medical office (front desk, billing, MA, scheduler, practice admin, or similar)
- You understand firsthand frustrations: prior auths, insurance phone tag, paperwork overload
- You know how small practices operate day-to-day
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cold call small-to-medium US medical practices (family medicine, internal medicine, specialists, ophthalmology, etc.)
- Introduce
- Qualify interested offices and set up follow-up demos or free trial sign-ups
- Log call outcomes in a shared tracker
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and friendly tone on every call

COMPENSATION
