JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Senior B2B Appointment Setter (Cold Calling – SaaS Focus)

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: Part-time to start — 20 hours per week
Pay: $6 USD/hour (with performance-based increases)
Schedule: US business hours

About the Role

We are hiring a high-performance appointment setter with deep experience in cold B2B outbound calling. This is not an inbound or warm-lead role.

You will be calling business owners and decision-makers who are not actively looking for our service. Your job is to handle objections, create interest, and book qualified appointments for our sales team in the B2B SaaS space.

If your background is mostly inbound calls, customer support, or light follow-ups — this role is not a fit. We are looking for someone who thrives in high-volume, high-rejection cold calling.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making 200–300 outbound cold calls per day
- Calling B2B leads in SaaS and related industries
- Handling objections such as:
“Not interested”
“We already have a solution”
“Send me an email
- Creating curiosity and positioning the offer
- Booking qualified sales appointments
- Logging call outcomes and updating CRM

Who We’re Looking For

You must have:
- 2+ years of B2B cold calling experience
- Experience booking meetings where the prospect was not expecting your call
- Strong objection-handling and conversational control
- Ability to stay focused during high-dial-volume days
- A quiet, professional work environment
- Stable internet and headset (Mandatory)

Nice to have:
- Experience with PhoneBurner, Kixie, Aircall, Five9, Koncert, or other power/parallel dialers
- SaaS, tech, marketing agency, or B2B service experience

This Role Is NOT For You If
- You only have experience with inbound calls or warm leads
- You are uncomfortable with rejection
- You struggle with call volume or fast-paced dialing
- You rely heavily on scripts instead of real conversation

- At least one cold-call recording (MP3 or Google Drive link)
- Must include objection handling
- Must be a real sales call (not role-play)
- If a cold call is unavailable, a video introduction with an explanation of why you are a good fit for this role specifically will suffice.
