Hello,
My name is Ben and I run a UK property development and construction business. We design, renovate and build high-end residential homes.
The business is currently growing and we are putting better systems, structure and processes in place so we can scale.
I am looking for a highly organised Operations Virtual Assistant who can help build and maintain the internal systems that keep the business running smoothly.
This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys structure, organisation and improving how a business operates.

Responsibilities
• Organising business systems and digital files using Google Drive
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal trackers
• Building and documenting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Managing projects and tasks using Asana
• Researching suppliers, tools and useful resources
• Helping organise company information so the team can work more efficiently
• Supporting the development of processes that will allow the business to grow and add more tea
As the company grows there will also be opportunities to support marketing systems and additional team coordination.

Required Skills
• Excellent written English
• Strong organisation and systems thinking
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
• Strong experience with Google Drive and spreadsheets
• Ability to create clear SOPs and process documentation
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
