JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring a full time TikTok Shop Manager for an agency with 15+ Shop clients.

You will be the head of a pod, which consists of an Affiliate Manager, a Creative Strategist and an Editor, as well as a Shop Manager (yourself).

It is your job to ensure to smooth operations and growth of the Shop. You therefor must know how TTShop works, and have hands of experience working in Seller Center and on growing Shops.

Job includes:
- Managing Affiliates
- Creating and managing discount promos and campaigns
- Finding and recruiting top affiliates
- Accepting samples requests and sending target invites
- Managing and updating the TikTok outreacch bot (Euka, Cruva, UpTk)
- Communicating with TikTok Support / reps to fix any issues that arise
- Optimizing product listings
- Managing, analyzing and optimising GMV Max ads
- Analyzing top performing affiliate posts
- Writing TikTok shop briefs for affiliates

Experience working inside TikTok Shops and absolutely nessessary. Minimal training will be provided. The training that will be provided will be on our own agency systems and operations.
