JOB OVERVIEW

Talent Connect Inc is a U.S. Department of State–designated J-1 Visa sponsor organization specializing in internship and trainee programs. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing accounts, maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing and editing program documents, maintain communicating with program participants and U.S. employers.

Please note that all candidates must meet the following prerequisites: reliable high-speed internet connection, dual monitor setup, excellent typing skills, strong communication abilities and record a 1–2 minute video introduction via Loom ( ---------- )

Duties and responsibilities:
Learn about the J-1 Visa intern/trainee programs, steps of the application process and required documents. (Training materials will be provided)
Communicate on daily basis with employers and participants, to assist with emailing the required forms and help with completing the information/documents required.
Ability to explain programs and application processes clearly and concisely to clients.
Use CRM to update information related to employers.
Creating work schedule and project plans to meet deadlines.
Addressing client/questions
Work independently under general direction related to goals.
Work on U.S. time zone
