JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Analyst (Excel, Data Analysis & Real Estate Research)

Overview
We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Virtual Analyst to help support business operations and real estate investment research.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, Excel spreadsheets, financial analysis, and online research. You will help analyze operational performance data, research multifamily real estate deals, and maintain tracking dashboards.

This is a long-term remote position with opportunity to grow as our business expands.

Your Responsibilities

1. Data & Operations Analysis
Analyze financial reports and summarize key findings
Maintain Excel dashboards and performance trackers
Track operational metrics and cost comparisons
Identify potential cost improvement opportunities

2. Real Estate Investment Research
Research multifamily property listings
Gather rental comparables and local market data
Build simple financial models in Excel (cash flow, DSCR, ROI)
Maintain a real estate deal pipeline tracker

3. Administrative & Entity Support
Track LLC entities for property ownership
Monitor compliance deadlines and insurance renewals
Organize digital files and documentation for each property

Required Skills
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
Strong online research ability
Excellent attention to detail
Organized and reliable
Good written English
Real estate research experience
Financial analysis or accounting background
Dashboard or data reporting experience
A critical thinker is a must!
