This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with strong potential to grow into full-time based on performance.

• Full YouTube videos - talking head and vlog-style content
Required Skills
• Proficient in CapCut and/or Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of short-form content - hooks, pacing, captions, transitions
• Experience editing podcast content (audio cleanup, captions, visual overlays)
• Ability to edit direct-response ad creative - understands what drives clicks
• Comfortable using AI tools - Runway/Sora, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT/Claude
• Familiar with Asana for task and project management
• Able to receive raw files from Riverside.fm and manage the full edit-to-publish workflow independently
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Good communication in English (written)
Nice to Have
• Experience with motion graphics or lower thirds
• Familiarity with real estate investing or B2B marketing content
• Experience with YouTube SEO (thumbnails, title optimization, etc.)
• Experience scheduling content on social media platforms
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Metricool, or similar)
What We Offer
• Part-time, fully remote - work on your own schedule
• Consistent, stable work with a growing company
• Clear direction and creative freedom within brand guidelines
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
