iCare Financial Corp. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team!

Are you looking for the following?

• Evening shift: 9am - 5:30pm EST Monday – Friday
• 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities
• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Conduct Zoom screenings with prospective candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.

Skill/Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote work environment.
* Experience working with US Based Companies.
* Comfortable using CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other web-based tools.
* Strong attention to detail and professionalism when communicating with candidates.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
* Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruiting platforms is a bonus.
