JOB OVERVIEW

CarMe is a fast-growing e-commerce company and one of the market leaders in the Netherlands and Belgium in the automotive accessories industry. Our mission is simple: make driving smarter and more enjoyable with innovative products.

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant (VA) with proven experience in e-commerce. If you’ve worked with Amazon and Shopify (experience with Bol is a strong plus), then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you’ll be doing
- You will be directly involved in the daily operations and growth of our e-commerce business, including:
- Managing and optimizing product listings (Amazon, Shopify, Bol)
- Supporting new product launches (content, listings, packaging, user manuals, etc.)
- Assisting with paid ads (Meta, Amazon Ads, Google Ads) setup and monitoring
- Keeping product data accurate and up to date
- Analyzing performance data and suggesting improvements
- General administrative and operational support

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon & Shopify required)
- Knowledge of Bol is a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly
