Roles & Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Coordination
* Collaborate with the Founder/CEO to plan and execute a monthly campaign calendar, primarily focused on
* Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (briefing, copy, creative, setup, QA, scheduling, and post-campaign analysis)
* Ensure campaigns are aligned across
* Maintain a shared campaign and content library for reuse and consistency
* Stay informed on campaign performance trends and propose improvements

* Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, segments, timing, and messaging

SEO & Content Marketing
* Set monthly SEO and content priorities aligned with campaigns and seasonal themes
* Oversee content execution by the content team (drafting, publishing, repurposing)
* Review content for brand voice, clarity, and conversion intent
* Ensure content is published on schedule and properly linked across the site
* Monitor high-level SEO and content performance trends
Transactional Marketing & Inventory Updates
* Provide campaign context, messaging guidance, and priorities for transactional updates
* Coordinate with content team to ensure inventory and fulfillment-related messaging aligns with active campaigns
* Review transactional communications for accuracy, brand voice, and alignment with campaign timing
* Final execution of transactional
Project Coordination & Communication
* Maintain clear tasks, priorities, and deadlines in ClickUp
* Coordinate with design, content, and operations to ensure smooth handoffs
* Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to the Founder/CEO
