JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
The Marketing coordinator plays a key role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life across email, website, and organic social, with a strong focus on email performance, campaign execution, and revenue-driving updates.
This role bridges strategy and execution. You are responsible for owning email campaigns, campaign-related creative, and transactional marketing updates tied to inventory and urgency. You will also oversee content marketing (SEO) execution through the team, ensuring work is aligned with brand voice, conversion goals, and campaign priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with performance, and who is ready to grow into campaign leadership and, over time, broader marketing strategy ownership.

 
Roles & Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Coordination
* Collaborate with the Founder/CEO to plan and execute a monthly campaign calendar, primarily focused on email and key revenue ---------- nts
* Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (briefing, copy, creative, setup, QA, scheduling, and post-campaign analysis)
* Ensure campaigns are aligned across email, website messaging, and supporting social content
* Maintain a shared campaign and content library for reuse and consistency
* Stay informed on campaign performance trends and propose improvements

Email
Marketing & Klaviyo Ownership
* Own all email campaigns and lifecycle flows in Klaviyo (welcome, browse abandon, cart abandon, post-purchase, winback)
* Build, QA, schedule, and analyze campaigns and flows
* Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, segments, timing, and messaging
* Track and report email performance weekly, including insights and recommended next actions
Social Media & Graphic Design (Campaign Support)
* Design or source graphics for email campaigns and campaign-related social posts
* Maintain reusable design templates and organized visual assets
* Support organic social content tied directly to campaigns or launches
* Ensure creative aligns with our brand voice and storytelling standards
SEO & Content Marketing
* Set monthly SEO and content priorities aligned with campaigns and seasonal themes
* Oversee content execution by the content team (drafting, publishing, repurposing)
* Review content for brand voice, clarity, and conversion intent
* Ensure content is published on schedule and properly linked across the site
* Monitor high-level SEO and content performance trends
Transactional Marketing & Inventory Updates
* Provide campaign context, messaging guidance, and priorities for transactional updates
* Coordinate with content team to ensure inventory and fulfillment-related messaging aligns with active campaigns
* Review transactional communications for accuracy, brand voice, and alignment with campaign timing
* Final execution of transactional emails and social updates is owned by the content/social team
Project Coordination & Communication
* Maintain clear tasks, priorities, and deadlines in ClickUp
* Coordinate with design, content, and operations to ensure smooth handoffs
* Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to the Founder/CEO
* Escalate blockers with proposed solutions

* Revenue from Email (monthly)

* Email campaign and flow conversion rates
* List health (unsubscribe and engagement trends)
Organic Social & Website (Campaign Support)
* Publish campaign-related social media posts and stories to support email and website campaigns
* Ensure campaigns are consistently reinforced on social (launch, reminder, urgency where relevant)
* Track basic performance (reach, clicks, saves, replies) to inform future campaigns
* Organic website traffic metrics (revenue, bounce rate, etc.)
Execution & Ownership
* Monthly campaign plans delivered on time
* Weekly reporting includes insights and recommended next actions
* Campaigns and transactional updates shipped accurately and on schedule
Content Oversight
* SEO/content shipped on time and aligned with campaign priorities
* Clear connection between content, campaigns, and conversion goals
