JOB OVERVIEW

We’re building a high-performance YouTube content team and are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Video Editor who understands retention, pacing, and platform optimisation.

If you know how to turn talking-head content into compelling, high-retention videos and can confidently edit both long-form and Shorts, keep reading.

What you’ll be working on:
- Long-form YouTube videos (20–60 minutes)
- YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and short-form clips
- Podcast-style interviews and educational content
- Intro and teaser sequences
- Animation/motion graphics where needed (bonus points for this!)

You will not just “cut clips.” You will shape narrative flow, tighten pacing, with the goal of improving viewer retention.

Requirements:
- Work-from-home set up
- Reliable internet connection
- Proven experience editing YouTube content (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar)
- Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong sense of storytelling and rhythm
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- WISE account (non-negotiable)
