We Create Videos That Hit 1M+ Views. Now We Need the Person Who Finds Them.

We're a UGC management agency that builds massive reach on Instagram and TikTok. Our content regularly crosses 1 million views. We manage multiple UGC creators, handle their entire marketing strategy, and we're scaling fast.

We're hiring a Marketing Manager who lives and breathes short-form content, someone who spots trends before they peak, understands why certain videos explode, and can turn that insight into actionable content strategies for our creators.

This is not a VA role. This is a strategic position with real ownership and a clear path to growth.

YOUR ROLE

- Research trending content, sounds, and formats on TikTok and Instagram Reels — before they go mainstream
- Identify viral video patterns and translate them into content ideas our creators can use
- Develop weekly content strategies based on real-time platform data
- Collaborate with our content and creative team to refine scripts and concepts
- Track content performance and report on what's working (and what's not)
- Monitor algorithm changes and platform updates that affect reach

WHO YOU ARE

- You scroll TikTok and Reels obsessively — and you can explain WHY certain videos go viral
- You have experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing
- You're fluent in English (C1+) — written and spoken
- You're self-motivated, reliable, and take ownership without being micromanaged
- You have a stable internet connection (100+ Mbps)

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Starting Base: $700–$800/month
Performance Bonus: Up to $300/month for viral content wins
6-Month Target: $1200-$1800/month for top performers (more possible!)
Growth Path: Senior Marketing Manager role as we scale
$1000+/month easily possible within the first few months thanks to our bonus system

We pay for results. If you consistently deliver viral content strategies, your compensation grows with your impact. No cap on performance bonuses.
