We’re seeking an experienced, analytical, and creative Macro Influencer Outreach Specialist to help scale our fast-growing
streetwear brand.
This is more than just an outreach; we want someone who understands youth culture, knows how to build authentic
relationships, communicates clearly (written and spoken), and is committed to delivering quality influencer partnerships
that drive results.
If you’re organized, data-driven, patient, and have a proven track record managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, we
want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily outreach and relationship-building with macro influencers and creators
Identify and scout culturally relevant influencers aligned with the brand
Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end (outreach, negotiation, briefing, and relationship management)
Maintain organized trackers for influencer outreach, partnerships, and campaign performance
Analyze campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions to improve results
Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with brand goals
Ensure clear, professional communication with influencers and partners
Stay updated on youth culture, streetwear trends, and the influencer landscape
Bonus: Ability to manage affiliate partners and improve affiliate performance and conversions.
