This is NOT a drag-and-drop design job.
We need a designer who THINKS about what they're creating. Someone who reads copy and instinctively knows how to restructure it visually so people actually read it. Someone who spots awkward phrasing or AI-sounding bullshit and fixes it.
Someone who turns walls of text into scannable, engaging layouts that drive clicks.
If you just paste copy into Figma and make it "look nice" - this role isn't for you.
If you actively improve every

THE PROBLEM YOU'LL SOLVE:
Our copywriters write the messaging. But copy alone doesn't convert. YOU transform that copy into visual experiences that:

- Create visual rhythm that keeps people scrolling
- Make the CTA impossible to miss
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT:
You're not just a designer. You're a visual editor. When you receive copy, you:
- Read it critically (Does this flow? Does this make sense?)
- Restructure it visually (How do I break this into digestible chunks?)
- Flag issues proactively ("This section is confusing - here's how I'd reword it")
- Add visual storytelling (Icons, dividers, imagery that reinforces the message)
- Optimize for scanning (Most people skim - make key points pop)
- FIND what you need to make it great (Missing a product image? You go find it. Need a lifestyle shot? You source it. You don't wait to be spoon-fed every asset - you take initiative to make the

- Mobile-first design (thumb-friendly, fast-loading)
- Brand consistency across every
