The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to own the engine room of FON. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role — you’ll be responsible for keeping the supply chain tight, the numbers accurate, and the business running without friction so the rest of the team can focus on growth.

You’ll work closely with the founder and brand team, and you’ll have genuine ownership over a critical part of the business.
What You’ll Own

End-to-end logistics; domestic and international shipping, freight, and fulfilment coordination
Form strong relationships with our logistic partners and manufacturers
Demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure we never run short or overstock
Manufacturing run scheduling and liaison with our production partners
Invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier payment management
Stock reconciliation and oversight of warehouse operations
Building and maintaining operational systems, SOPs, and reporting
Identifying and eliminating inefficiencies across the supply chain
Supporting US market expansion from an operations standpoint as we scale

Have a confident relationship with our marketing team to ensure healthy stock levels for upcoming campaigns and forward planning

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in an operations role; ideally within e-commerce, FMCG, health, or consumer products
Hands-on experience with logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing coordination
Strong financial literacy; comfortable with invoicing, POs, and cost management
A systems thinker who builds processes that actually get followed
Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment
Strong communicator; you’ll interface with suppliers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders

Nice to Have
Experience with US logistics or cross-border supply chains
Familiarity with supplement or nutraceutical manufacturing
Experience with Shopify, ERP tools, or inventory management software such as Xero
Previous experience at a startup or scale-up where you built things from scratch

Location
First or Nothing is based in Sydney Australia, however, this role will be virtual/remote for the right candidate.
