JOB OVERVIEW

Ace & Taylor is a fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand selling premium hair tools across Europe.

We sell online through Shopify and run paid ads on Meta & TikTok. As we grow, it is important that we always understand our profitability, costs, and financial performance.

Your Role
You will manage and monitor our daily financial performance.

Your main responsibility is to track revenue, costs, and profitability and provide a clear daily finance update in Slack so the team always knows how the business is performing.

We already have P&L reports, cash flow planning, and cost calculations. Your job is to keep everything updated and organized.

What You'll Do
- Daily profitability reporting in Slack
- Track revenue, costs, and ad spend
- Update and maintain our P&L overview
- Monitor product margins and profitability
- Track returns and their financial impact
- Update cash flow planning
- Flag financial issues or unusual costs
- Keep financial data organized and accurate

Who We're Looking For
- Experience with e-commerce finance, bookkeeping, or financial reporting
- Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel
- Very detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable with daily reporting
- Good written English

Important
This role requires daily consistency and ownership.

If you miss reports, overlook details, or wait for instructions instead of taking initiative, this role will not be a good fit.
