JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Part-time (preferred someone who will stay with us in the long run)

Hours: Max 10 hours per week

Compensation: $5 USD/hour ($200/month) – Initial 6-month period

Lorelli Company is preparing for an exciting first launch based on clothing ONLY. We are currently in the early stages with a select few products, which is why we are starting with a focused, 10-hour weekly schedule. However, we aren't just looking for a freelancer, we are looking for a long-term partner to grow with us.

As we scale, your hours and compensation will be adjusted after the initial 6 months based on your performance, dedication, and work ethics. We believe in fairness and rewarding those who help us build our legacy.

The Role
We need a versatile creative who can handle the "Full Stack" of product creation—from trend research, final design, analysis, sourcing and optimization. You will be responsible for:

Fashion Design: Conceptualizing and designing Shapewear, Swimwear, and Athletic Wear for both men and women.

Cosmetic Development: Assisting in the design and research of Skincare and Makeup products.

Market Research: Staying ahead of the curve by identifying shifting trends in the fashion and beauty industries.

Detail-Oriented Execution: Ensuring every stitch and shade meets our quality standards.
