In-bound lead Appointment Setter/ Caller
Lunatik Marketing Agency

Lunatik Marketing Agency is seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Follow-Up Caller to join our growing team. This role focuses on speaking with real estate leads who have already requested information and opted in to be contacted.

This is NOT cold calling. Every person you contact has already shown interest and provided their contact information.

Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with leads, build rapport, confirm their needs, and help move them to the next step in the process.

If you enjoy speaking with people, are confident on the phone, and have strong communication skills, this can be a great long-term opportunity.

POSITION
Real Estate Follow-Up Caller (Independent Contractor)

SCHEDULE
• 4 hours per day with potential for more very soon
• Monday through Friday
• Start time TBD: Will be based on Pacific Standard Time (PST)
• Workday will consist of 4 hours from the start time

COMPENSATION
• $2.00-3.00 USD per hour
• Time and activity tracked using Monitask
• Compensation based on verified Monitask hours and activity
• Payments made weekly via Wise Pay

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Call and follow up with inbound real estate leads via GHL
• Use provided scripts and communication guidelines
• Confirm lead information and level of interest
• Build rapport and maintain professional conversations
• Update notes and call outcomes in the CRM
• Ensure leads are properly documented and organized

IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING
All leads you will contact have opted in and requested information about buying or selling real estate.

REQUIREMENTS
• Clear and professional speaking voice
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet work environment for making calls
• Ability to follow scripts and processes
• Comfortable speaking with people and building rapport

VOICE / VIDEO REQUIREMENT
