JOB OVERVIEW

Full-time | Remote | Competitive Salary

We need a hands-on technical operator to manage our CRM, websites, integrations, and infrastructure. You'll own the systems that drive leads, track conversions, and keep the business running.

Responsibilities
GoHighLevel CRM: Sub-accounts, pipelines, permissions, workflows, and integrations (telephony, payments, forms, marketing platforms) across multiple locations

SEO & Web: Technical and on-page SEO strategy and execution, site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and search visibility improvements on WordPress/Elementor sites

Tracking & Attribution: GTM setup, conversion tracking, and marketing source attribution

IT & Infrastructure: Server and hosting administration, DNS, corporate email/deliverability, domain security, SSL, access control, and uptime monitoring

Development & Data: Node.js integrations, APIs, Webhooks, Make (Integromat) automations, and performance dashboards consolidating booking/payment data

Requirements
2+ years with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM

Proven SEO experience: technical audits, keyword strategy, ranking improvements, and measurable results

WordPress/Elementor, GTM, and conversion tracking

Make (Integromat) or similar automation tools

Node.js, REST APIs, and Webhooks

DNS, hosting, SSL, and email infrastructure management

Strong written and verbal English
