Operations Manager (NDIS Allied Health Company)
Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term Role
We are a fast-growing Australian allied health company supporting children, adults, and families through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Our team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Key Workers, and Allied Health Assistants delivering therapy services across Australia.
We are looking for a highly organised, systems-focused Operations Manager to help run the operational backbone of our company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, managing documentation, and supporting a high-performance team.
This is a long-term leadership support role working directly with the CEO.

Your Role
As Operations Manager you will help ensure the company runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You will work closely with the CEO to organise systems, improve workflows, support clinicians, and maintain operational structure across the business.
This role requires strong attention to detail, initiative, operational thinking, and the ability to build organised systems that support a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Systems
• Create and improve internal operational workflows
• Maintain and organise company SOPs and documentation
• Help build operational systems that support business growth
• Monitor operational processes and identify inefficiencies
NDIS Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain policy and procedure documentation
• Assist with NDIS compliance documentation
• Maintain service agreement templates and client documentation
• Ensure operational documentation is organised and audit-ready
Team Operations Support
• Support clinician onboarding and documentation
• Assist with scheduling and operational coordination
• Ensure internal systems and processes are consistently followed
Business Administration
• Maintain organised digital filing systems
• Support client management systems and CRM processes
• Assist with reporting and operational tracking
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows
• Help streamline processes to reduce errors and save time
• Assist the CEO in implementing operational improvements
Required Skills
Essential
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks
• Strong documentation and process management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving ability
Preferred
• Experience working with Australian companies
• NDIS experience (highly regarded)
• Experience creating SOPs or operational documentation
• Experience with CRM systems or client management systems
• Experience supporting leadership or management teams
