JOB OVERVIEW

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the end-to-end process of creating or enhancing products encompassing design, testing, and launch phases
Determine product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses
Research and development projects in the health, wellness, and medical product space.
Design, develop, and fabricate equipment, prototypes for laboratory and production use.
Use market research and sales data to make sure products are competitive and practical
Conduct experiments, feasibility studies, and pilot testing for new formulations, processes, and technologies
Submit proposals and designs for evaluation by the management before moving to the next stage
Continuously explore new materials, methods, and innovative solutions to enhance product performance and safety.
Ensure all R&D activities are conducted with a focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
Ensure confidentiality of data and company information
Perform other related duties as required

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
At least 3–5 years of experience in an R&D role within pharmaceutical, medical devices, or related industries
Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of regulations pertaining to dietary supplements, guidelines set by the FDA, and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical product development, equipment design, and fabrication processes.
Familiarity with regulatory standards in the health and medical product sector.
Exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication
