JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking to hire 2–3 high-performing Cold Callers to join our team for lead generation and outbound outreach.

This is not a beginner role. We need professionals who are comfortable navigating gatekeepers, handling objections, and closing for the appointment. If you are confident on the phone and know how to turn a "maybe" into a booked opportunity, we want to talk to you.

Schedule: Must be available to work during US Business Hours (EST/PST)

What You’ll Do
Outbound Prospecting: Make high-volume cold calls to potential leads.
Engagement: Build immediate rapport and clearly articulate our value proposition.
Lead Qualification: Filter prospects and set qualified appointments.
Administrative Tracking: Keep activity logs updated in Google Sheets or our CRM.
Nurturing: Send professional follow-up emails to prospects after calls.
Reporting: Provide brief daily updates on call volume and outcomes.
Scripts and training materials are provided, but you must be able to think on your feet during live conversations.

What I’m Looking For
Proven Track Record: Solid experience in cold calling (Real Estate, SaaS, or Insurance experience is a plus).
Flawless Communication: Strong English verbal and written skills.
Resilience: A "thick skin" and a positive attitude toward handling rejection.
Reliability: High-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a proven history of punctuality.
Data-Driven: Ability to meet daily/weekly KPIs and report data accurately.
Coachability: Open to feedback and willing to refine your pitch based on results.
