JOB OVERVIEW

Marathon Management is looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter / DM Sales Representative to manage inbound leads and close clients directly inside Instagram DMs. We specialize in credit restoration and financial profile structuring, helping clients improve their credit and position themselves for approvals. This role is not a call center position. All conversations and sales will happen inside DMs.

Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound Instagra ---------- ssages and leads
• Start conversations with new followers
• Diagnose the lead's credit situation and goals
• Guide prospects toward enrolling in our credit restoration program
• Follow a proven DM closing script
• Handle objections and build urgency
• Send payment links when prospects are ready to enroll
• Track conversations and report daily results

Daily Tasks
• Message and engage with new followers
• Respond to inbound DMs
• Follow up with prospects who haven't responded
• Close clients directly inside DMs
• Submit a short end-of-day report

We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience with sales or appointment setting
• Understands Instagram DM conversations
• Is comfortable handling objections and closing
• Writes fluent and natural English
• Is reliable and responds quickly
• Understands sales psychology and urgency

Experience in credit repair or funding is required.
