WHAT THE ROLE ACTUALLY IS

Think: Full-Stack Developer meets AI-Powered Virtual Assistant.

This is not a writing job. This is not a "use ChatGPT to summarize emails" job. We need someone who uses AI the way a developer does — to build things, automate things, and solve problems faster than any single person could alone.

You will be responsible for:

DEVELOPMENT & WEB

- Building professional websites (we prefer Elementor on WordPress but are open to modern alternatives — show us what you can do)
- Front-end and back-end work: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python — doesn't have to be deep, but you need to read and write code with AI assistance confidently
- Integrating third-party APIs into websites and tools
- Managing domains, hosting, deployment (Vercel, cPanel, Cloudflare, etc.)

AUTOMATION & AI WORKFLOWS

- Building agentic AI workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier integrated with AI models
- Automating tasks that used to require a human: transcription pipelines, content routing, lead processing, inbox management, report generation, scheduling
- Connecting AI models (Claude, Gemini, Kimi, GLM, Minimax) into functional tools and workflows
- Using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants to build faster

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT / OPERATIONS

- Managing content posting, scheduling, and basic inbox triage
- Light research and competitive analysis (AI-assisted)
- Keeping projects organized across multiple brands
- Helping onboard and eventually delegate to junior virtual assistants

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must Have:

? Portfolio showing websites you personally built — Elementor experience a strong plus
? Real experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or an AI coding assistant to BUILD something — not just generate content
? Ability to build and connect automations in n8n, Make, or Zapier with API integrations
? Comfortable with Python, JavaScript, or PHP (read, edit, and ship with AI help)
? Self-directed — you get a brief and you figure out the rest
? Strong written English communication
? Available for overlap with Eastern US time zone (EST)

Strong Bonus:

? Experience with Supabase, Vercel, or similar backend/hosting platforms
? Familiarity with Next.js or React
? GitHub / version control experience
? SEO knowledge for web builds
? Experience building AI-powered tools or dashboards
? Multi-model AI experience (using Claude + Gemini + Kimi together, etc.)
? Any experience in medical, real estate, or regulated industries
