SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL PRODUCT GROWTH MANAGER
Remote - Reports to Founder and Co Founder
About Us:
We are a startup building digital products focused on emotional support, personal development, and mental well being. Our products include ebooks, workbooks, guided posters and coloring books and app based tools designed to help people improve emotional awareness and personal growth.
The Role:
We are looking for a Social Media and Digital Product Growth Manager who can help promote and grow our digital products across social media platforms. This role is responsible for growing our audience, creating content, managing influencers, and driving traffic that leads to product sales. This is not a basic posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to promote digital products and turn attention into customers.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Product Promotion: Promote our digital products across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Create short form videos, graphics, and written posts that highlight our products and educate our audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage daily posting across social media platforms and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Influencer Outreach and Management: Identify influencers who align with our audience, manage outreach, coordinate collaborations, and handle payment communication.
- Product Launch Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new digital product launches.
- Affiliate and Creator Partnerships
- Identify creators and affiliates who can promote our products and expand our reach.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to comments and messages and actively engage with the community.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Track engagement, traffic, and product conversions from social media campaigns
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform trends and adapt them to support product promotion.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years experience promoting digital products, online programs, or ecommerce brands
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short form video platforms
- Experience working with influencers or creator partnerships
- Ability to create engaging social media content including short videos
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment

Compensation:
