JOB OVERVIEW

About This Role

I’m looking for someone who builds systems and executes ideas.

Not just someone who follows instructions.

Someone who understands CRM systems, marketing funnels, automation, and email campaigns and can actually implement them without constant supervision.

You will be helping organize and build the marketing infrastructure behind several projects, including:

- CRM pipelines

- lead funnels

- email automation

- calendar systems

- social media workflows

- marketing campaigns

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into working systems.

Your Core Responsibilities

You will help build and manage:

GoHighLevel CRM

- Funnel building and optimization

- Automation workflows

- Pipeline setup and management

- Calendar synchronization

- Lead capture systems

Email Marketing

- Campaign setup

- Automation sequences

- Deliverability checks

- Lead segmentation

Marketing Funnels

- Landing pages

- lead magnets

- conversion flow setup

Social Media

- LinkedIn and Instagram management

- Scheduling content

- Organizing marketing assets

Content & Ads

- Basic video editing

- Preparing creatives for ads

- Uploading and organizing campaign material

Skills Required

You should already have hands-on experience with:

- GoHighLevel CRM

- Funnel building

- Email automation systems

- CRM pipelines

- Calendar integrations

- Social media scheduling

- Basic video editing

You must also have:

- reliable high-speed internet

- good written and spoken English

- strong organization skills

- the ability to solve problems independently
