JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Canadian property management company seeking a highly experienced IT professional with deep, hands-on expertise in GoHighLevel to help us build and optimize workflows, funnels, automations, and CRM systems, with the goal of making GoHighLevel our primary operating system.

This is not an entry-level role. Applicants must already be confident designing, building, and managing complex GoHighLevel workflows independently.

While we would ideally like to bring someone on full-time, the role can begin part-time, including for candidates currently employed elsewhere, with the intention of developing into a long-term position.

At this stage, we are also considering structuring the position so that part of the role involves mentoring and training a current part-time tea ---------- mber who has been helping us build workflows, pipelines, and funnels within GoHighLevel. The successful candidate would help guide them through best practices, structure, and ongoing development inside the platform.

The ideal candidate is also open to supporting light administrative or virtual-assistant-style tasks during downtime, helping with various operational and technical needs within the business.

While deep GoHighLevel experience is the primary requirement, additional skills that would be very beneficial (but not mandatory) include:

General IT proficiency and troubleshooting

Experience working with CRM systems

Basic SEO knowledge

Familiarity with Facebook / Meta ads

Managing or organizing email inboxes

Experience working with or supporting a property management business

We are looking to build a long-term relationship, and for the right person there may be opportunities for expanded responsibility, increased compensation, and potentially sponsorship to relocate to Vancouver, Canada in the future, if that is of interest.
