• Quickly capture attention and identify client needs
• Convert conversations into quote requests or opportunities
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
• Organize follow-ups and track lead progress

• Provide regular updates on call results and opportunities
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 2–3 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
• Speaks excellent, clear, and confident English
• Is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Has strong communication and persuasion skills
• Can quickly explain a company's value and capture attention
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Has experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Works well in a team environment
• Has experience with B2B outreach or lead generation
Daily Activity Expectations
• 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Tracking calls and notes in CRM
• Generating qualified leads and quote opportunities
