Role Overview
IndexLLM is a fast-growing Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) agency helping B2B SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, and technology companies dominate visibility inside AI-driven search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
We are looking for a Content Operations Manager to build, manage, and scale the operational engine behind our multi-platform content distribution strategy across Reddit, Quora, Medium, LinkedIn, and other authority platforms.
This role combines content operations, workflow management, quality control, and cross-team coordination to ensure that high-quality, research-driven content is consistently published, tracked, and optimized for AI visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production Operations
• Manage the end-to-end workflow of GEO/AEO content production
• Coordinate with research, SEO, GEO, and copywriting teams
• Ensure content pipelines run efficiently across multiple platforms
• Maintain structured publishing calendars for all client accounts
Multi-Platform Publishing
Oversee publishing and engagement strategies across platforms including:
• Reddit
• Quora
• Medium
• LinkedIn
• Industry forums and knowledge hubs
Ensure content is native to each platform, aligns with community guidelines, and supports long-term visibility in AI search engines.
Client Campaign Management
• Manage operational execution for multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Track deliverables and publishing schedules
• Ensure all client campaigns meet agreed KPIs and deadlines
• Coordinate with account managers and strategy teams
Quality Assurance
• Review content for credibility, tone, and authority signals
• Ensure content aligns with E-E-A-T standards (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust)
• Maintain editorial consistency across platforms and clients
Data & Performance Tracking
• Monitor content performance signals including:
Visibility in AI answers
Engagement metrics on platforms
Keyword and topic authority growth
• Report performance insights and optimization opportunities
Process & Workflow Development
• Design and improve operational workflows for scaling content production
• Develop SOPs for platform publishing and moderation
• Implement automation where possible using tools such as:
ClickUp / Notion
Airtable
SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush)

Key KPIs
The Content Operations Manager will be measured on:

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years experience in content operations, SEO content management, or editorial operations
