Assist with the contracting process for new agents and tea
Vet incoming applications by reviewing qualifications and initial fit.
Reach out to potential recruits to introduce the opportunity and conduct preliminary screenings.
Evaluate candidates to ensure they align with our team culture and expectations.
Schedule qualified candidates on my calendar for final interviews once they pass the pre-screening stage.
Track recruiting numbers and maintain accurate reporting on application and hiring progress.
Process agent contracts through the platform and ensure all required documentation is completed.
Provide general backend support as needed to help streamline recruiting and onboarding operations.
