We are seeking a detail-oriented, AI-savvy Virtual Assistant to help manage and execute our social media presence and digital content campaigns.
Your primary responsibilities will include content posting, video content creation, campaign support, and social media management.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Social Media Operations Lead, helping oversee digital content systems as the company expands.
???? Required Experience
Applicants should have:
? At least 1 year of content creation or social media management experience
? 6–12 months of consistent experience using Growth Hub (or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform)
? Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to support content creation
? Experience creating video content for social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns
???? Content Creation Skills
The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating and editing content such as:
Short-form video (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video posts)
Promotional content for campaigns
Educational or informational posts
Basic video editing for marketing content
Repurposing video clips into multiple social posts
Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar content tools is preferred.

Content & Posting
Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms
Maintain a consistent posting schedule
Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts
Video Content
Create short promotional videos for campaigns
Edit simple video clips for social media
Support marketing and workshop promotions through video content
Campaign Support
Assist with launching digital campaigns
Schedule promotional posts for events and workshops
Monitor basic engagement metrics
Operations & Systems
Follow documented SOPs step-by-step
Organize content folders and posting calendars
Assist with Growth Hub workflows and marketing automation
