JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Representative to make outbound calls to homeowners whose insurance policies are approaching renewal. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with prospective clients, confirm policy renewal details, and schedule or facilitate insurance quotes over the phone with our agency. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with homeowners, identifying opportunities to provide competitive insurance options, and helping generate new business for the agency through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to homeowners with upcoming insurance policy renewals.

Introduce our agency and present the opportunity to review and quote their homeowners insurance policy.

Gather basic policy and property information from prospects.

Qualify leads and transfer interested prospects to a licensed agent or assist with initiating the quote process.

Maintain accurate call notes and prospect information in the agency’s CRM system.

Follow up with prospects when needed to complete quotes or schedule consultations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication and phone skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Sales or telemarketing experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus).

Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally with homeowners.

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track prospect information.
