Job Opening: Support Team Lead – Shopify (L2)
8 hours per day

We're looking for an experienced Support Team Lead to join our growing team as employee #7 in support — with the possibility to expand across multiple stores in the future. You'll be the go-to person for the team: guiding, supporting, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day.

What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and support the support team in their daily work
- Be the first point of escalation for complex or advanced customer issues (L2)
- Help tea ---------- mbers grow by sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and jumping in when needed
- Oversee Shopify operations: products, orders, refunds, and settings
- Monitor order tracking, logistics performance, and resolve fulfillment issues with suppliers
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve support workflows and processes
- Use AI tools to increase team efficiency and response quality

What you bring:
- Proven experience in a team lead or senior support role
- Solid hands-on experience with Shopify (required)
- Strong English communication skills
- Natural ability to guide and motivate people
- Sharp problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Good understanding of e-commerce logistics and order flows
- Experience with AI tools is a plus
