**JOB OVERVIEW**
We are hiring a US Business Development Associate to connect with decision-makers at U.S. companies and schedule qualified meetings for our recruiting team.
This is not a call-center role.
You will be having real business conversations with decision-makers.

Strong performers often grow into Executive Recruiter roles.

**What You’ll Do**
• Call company owners and executives across the United States
• Introduce our recruiting firm and explain how we help companies hire top talent
• Research companies and decision-makers before outreach
• Set qualified meetings for our recruiting team
• Follow up via phone, LinkedIn, and email
• Track outreach activity and results

**Who Thrives Here**
• 1+ year of outbound sales, business development, SDR, appointment setting, or cold calling experience
• Strong spoken English and confident phone presence
• Comfortable speaking with executives and decision-makers
• Competitive mindset and motivated by results
• Organized with strong follow-up habits

Sales or recruiting experience is a strong advantage.
