Job Opening: Shopify Support Engineer (L2) for 4 hours per day.
Looking for working days: Thursday to Monday
We’re looking for a Shopify Support Specialist (L2) to become our #6 in support for our English e-commerce store — with the possibility to manage more stores in the future. You’ll handle advanced support tasks, oversee operations, and keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Handle L2 support and solve complex customer issues
Use AI tools to provide fast and accurate responses in English
Manage Shopify tasks: products, orders, refunds, settings
Monitor order tracking, delays, and logistics performance
Oversee fulfillment and coordinate issue resolution with suppliers
Improve workflows and support processes
What you bring:
Solid experience with Shopify (required)
Good English
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding of e-commerce logistics and order flows
Experience using AI tools is a plus
