JOB OVERVIEW

This is a full-time position. You will be expected to produce 2 long-form videos per week. Scripts for both videos are delivered every Monday. Video 1 is due by end of day Tuesday. Video 2 is due by end of day Friday. Consistent on-time delivery is a
core requirement of this role.

We run AICONVERSATIONS, a growing YouTube channel dedicated to serious, educational content covering artificial intelligence, tech innovation, and industry developments. Our videos feature AI avatars with professional narration, and we are committed to delivering clean, modern, and informative content to a rapidly expanding audience. We do not do flashy gimmicks or ---------- -style edits. We build authoritative, retention-focused videos that educate and engage.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled, dependable Video Editor who can take raw AI avatar footage and narration and transform it into polished, professional long-form YouTube videos. Your primary tool will be Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with AI-powered production tools such as HiggsField, VO3, or similar platforms is a strong bonus but is not required. You will be working directly with our team lead and must be capable of following detailed style guidelines, delivering clean first submissions, and maintaining consistency across all uploads.

What You Will Do

Edit 8 to 12 minute long-form YouTube videos using provided AI avatar footage, ElevenLabs narration, and script files
Follow the provided script exactly without adding, removing, or rearranging content
Build strong hooks and high-retention openings within the first 30 seconds of every video
Source and integrate cinematic, story-supportive B-roll footage that looks intentional and professional
Handle AI avatar glitches by replacing unstable avatar footage with B-roll, text overlays, or supporting visuals
Apply clean, modern text emphasis and motion design that improves clarity without overproducing
Balance background music at appropriate levels so it supports but never overpowers the narration
Export final deliverables at 1080p, 30fps, MP4 format with high bitrate
Organize and upload all project files, assets, and final renders to Google Drive following our folder structure
Deliver a complete, ready-to-post first draft within 2 business days per video
Incorporate feedback during revision cycles (maximum of 2 revision rounds per video)

Required Skills
Non-Negotiable:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (this is our primary editing software)
Strong understanding of long-form YouTube editing and viewer retention principles
Ability to source and integrate B-roll that looks cinematic, relevant, and professional
Experience with AI avatar or talking-head style video production
Clean audio mixing and music balancing skills
Consistent, on-time delivery with minimal need for follow-up
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow style guidelines precisely

Strongly Preferred (Bonus):

Familiarity with AI video tools such as HiggsField, VO3, HeyGen, or similar platforms
Experience working with ElevenLabs-generated voiceovers
Knowledge of the AI and tech content space
Adobe After Effects for motion design (light use only)

Our Editing Philosophy
This is NOT a ---------- -channel or fast-cut viral content role. Our priority order is:

Retention and Engagement — The hook must be strong. Viewers must stay.
Speed and Consistency — Clean, fast delivery is more valuable than overproduction.
Cinematic Polish — A slightly imperfect but engaging video always wins over a boring, over-polished one.
