Rate: $5.00 USD per hour

Hours: 20–40 hours per week (Consistent, Long-term)

About the Role:
We are a leading online educational platform with a YouTube community of over 100,000 subscribers. We produce high-quality Blender 3D tutorials and are looking for a dedicated Video Editor to join our team for the long term.

We are not looking for a "gig" freelancer; we want a partner who wants a stable, consistent role. If you are detail-oriented and never miss a deadline, we want to work with you for years to come.

Job Responsibilities:

— Edit Long-Form Tutorials: Edit raw Blender 3D screen recordings into polished, easy-to-follow educational videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.

— Visual Polish: Work with existing templates and motion graphics to maintain our professional brand.

— Narrative Flow: Ensure the instruction is clear, engaging, and perfectly timed for students.

— Reliability: Meet every deadline. We have a strict upload schedule and need an editor who prioritizes our channel.

Requirements:

— Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.

— Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) for team syncs and video calls.

— Tools: Experience with ---------- for feedback and collaboration.

— Stability: High-speed internet and a reliable computer capable of rendering 3D-related content.

— Integrity: We value honesty and clear communication above all else.

Bonus Skills (High Priority):

— Experience with Blender is a plus. Familiarity with the 3D modeling workflow helps you understand what to cut and what to keep.

— Experience with After Effects for simple motion graphics.

— Experience editing software tutorials or "Edu-tainment" content.
