Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with quality control and delivery of real estate media.
This role is primarily responsible for reviewing real estate photos and videos before they are delivered to clients to ensure everything looks correct, complete, and professional.
You will review large batches of photos quickly and accurately, catching editing issues before delivery.
A typical shift may involve reviewing 100–200+ photos, so speed, focus, and attention to detail are extremely important.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, visual detail, and organized systems.
Compensation: $4–$8 USD/hour
Hours: 10–20 hours per week
Preferred schedule: Morning EST or CST
Your Main Responsibility (Quality Control)
This is the most important part of the role.
You will:
• Review 100+ real estate photos per shift
• Check for editing issues such as:
exposure problems
color balance issues
crooked vertical lines
cropping mistakes
HDR blending errors
object removal mistakes (trash cans, cords, etc.)
• Ensure photo order and folder structure are correct
• Confirm files are ready for delivery to clients
• Flag issues to the editing team when something needs fixing
You must be able to move through large batches of photos efficiently without missing mistakes.
Additional Responsibilities
File Organization
• Maintain organized Google Drive folders
• Upload and deliver final media
Instagram Outreach
• Send outreach messages to potential clients
• Track conversations and follow-ups
QC and media delivery are the core responsibilities, outreach is secondary.
Required Skills
Candidates must have real photo editing experience, specifically:
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Photoshop
Important:
Canva experience does NOT count as Photoshop experience for this role.
You do not need to be a full editor, but you must be able to recognize when an image looks incorrect.
You should understand:
• exposure issues
• color balance
• vertical line correction
• cropping problems
• HDR blending issues
Major Bonus Experience
Experience with real estate media workflows is a major advantage.
Examples include:
• HDPhotoHub
• Spiro
• AutoHDR
• Real estate media delivery platforms
• HDR editing workflows
Candidates with these skills usually ramp up much faster.
