We are hiring an Amazon Project Manager to ensure tasks, projects, and deliverables across our client accounts stay organized and on track.
Role Overview
- The Amazon Project Manager is responsible for managing project execution across multiple Amazon brand accounts. This role ensures that all internal teams (advertising, creative, catalog, inventory, and account management) are aligned and executing tasks on time. You will be responsible for managing workflows inside ClickUp, tracking deliverables, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role requires strong Amazon Seller Central experience so you can understand account priorities, listing changes, inventory issues, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Amazon Account Project Management
- Manage operational workflows across multiple Amazon brand accounts
- Track listing updates, advertising initiatives, inventory tasks, and operational projects
- Ensure client deliverables are executed on schedule
- Identify and escalate issues that may impact account performance
ClickUp Workflow Management
- Build and manage project boards inside ClickUp
- Assign tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain organized workflows
- Create recurring tasks and project templates
- Maintain visibility across all account activity
Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams including:
- Amazon Advertising
- Listing / Catalog Management
- Creative Team
- Inventory & Operations
- Account Managers
- Ensure teams are aligned and executing against priorities.
Internal Communication & Follow-Up
- Track action items fro
- Follow up with tea
- Maintain clear internal documentation of priorities and timelines
Process Optimization
- Help improve internal workflows and systems
- Identify operational inefficiencies
- Suggest improvements to task management and team coordination
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience working with Amazon Seller Central
- Strong understanding of Amazon operations including listings, advertising, inventory, and account health
- Experience using ClickUp for project management
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Work Schedule
- This role must work 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST to align with our team and client communication schedule.
- Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace are required.
